Walking is one of the best exercises and healthy. Unfortunately, since a major fall, I've lost the ability to walk as I used to. I use a walker these days, but I would like to get better with my walk. These exercises should help.
This blog is for people using mobility aides like walkers, canes, rollators, wheelchairs, and electric aides. It is focused on Stuy Town (and Peter Cooper), but is for anyone with those issues or knows of someone who does.
